I want a small-medium sized clan to join that either lacks a major theme or at least isn't about diplomacy/roleplaying games. Basically just a community that I can play games with and talk to.

Click on the clans and most have an intro about themselves. You can also see all the members. (if you want to know specific, I'd mention REGL/VIW/Warlighters/101st but as you can see there are many more)

This could be difficult as most clans have some sort of theme or common affiliation that binds them together. Probably your best bet would be to join a clan that claims to have a purpose, but actually is just a pointless rabble of players with no leadership or direction.
