Have you tried nudging him? In tournaments that's supposed to force people into the game if it's past the time limit.

He's not in that game, but waiting for the winner of that game. I don't think the other player has nudged him yet.

See if you can contact the active player to get them to nudge the inactive one.

If it turns out that *all* players in a tournament game are inactive (i.e. haven't played in a few weeks), send me an e-mail via the link on the About page and I'll resolve the situation.
