Press "Watch turn" and look at orders that appear in the right of your screen.

It is. In fact, it's in exactly the same location as surrender status.
It's also listed in the boot order as Kobe noted.

It's there but the text doesn't autoformat to the box so you have to scroll right a ways to see who booted and how long they had to wait first.
