Bump! Guys try this game! It's free, you need decent connection and good pc for avoid lag. It's one of the best games i ever played. (Warlight atill be the best though :p )
I fell firmly on the Total Annihilation side of the TA versus SC fence a few years ago when they were competing for players, so I've never played any installment of SC. I don't get much time these days, but when I can spare an hour or so I'll give the game a try on the strength of these many recommendations.
I'm also going to consistently bump this thread. The more players get involved, the better. Also Legacy of The Void beta is starting in less than 2 weeks time! If I had to compare Starcraft 2 to anything else it'd be bullet or blitz chess. A lot of strategy, but it also (or maybe primarily) requires impeccable mechanics, commiting multiple orders per second. For every fan of strtegy this game is a must, without a doubt the ultimate rts game.
I tried to add Gnuff last week, no luck. Looks like I have to change regions to add him first, which sucks because I can't see when you guys are online. I will get on sometime Thursday to play. SZE/gnuff, if either of you will be on let me know, otherwise I will stay on NA server. Gnuff has me on skype, if you have skype please send me that SZE (via PM/mail here) and I will add you. I think that would be easiest way to coordinate on a given day, since I don't want to sit on europe server.
I can probably convince Garg to play. He's played WL a good bit, but tends to ragequit for a week whenever he loses :P He's much better at SC II though, rank 1 master at peak on EU server.
