I started working on this map 5 months ago and it's nearing it's completion. Right now I only need to finish Russia, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, Iceland, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and add some lakes and add water connections. Not sure if I should add some mountain ranges to deal with the huge open land in Asia.

I actually think it's a really good map! The only thing might be the naming of territories. I think it would be good to decide if you want to name territories after regions or after cities. Having 2 territories called, for instance "Lodz" and "Lodzkie" is pointless, because Lodz (Łódź actually) is a city in Poland and Lodzkie is its voivodeship, who would contain Lodz. Maybe re-consider it?

It looks amazing! You have clearly taking inspiration from other great maps. I don't really mind territory names but the skew could be made better. For a start, if you could rotate the map clockwise a bit, it would prevent me from having to turn my head when I look at it.

Another possible change is to add an outline of Africa (just the northern part) and water graphics which a Title somewhere across Africa or somewhere. But other than that, it looks great!

yea, naming could be better, I rushed doing it. Generally i used province names when possible, otherwise i used the names of the bigger cities using google maps. I'll later try to tidy the map up and make the map nicer if there's enough space. Unfortunately I can't really rotate the map anymore, because that would mean I would have to re-center all the territories.

That would be really helpful! There are many mistakes which need fixing.

I wouldn't rotate the map even though you weren't planning to do that. There aren't many maps from the perspective of Russia and it makes it different.

Actually, I think I see the issues only in Poland for now, everything else is pretty cleaned up.

This looks like a really cool map! I can't really help with anything but wanted to say that.

I would make a change in Spain, right now you have Cantabria, Basque country and Navarra in aragon bonus, if you don't want to make lots of 1 bonus, join them with asturias and make norther spain or something like that, but joining them with aragon is peculiar :P
Same issue with madrid, but you could change the big bonus name to "castilla la mancha and madrid" and solved :P

A few small things:

1) Monaco doesn't boarder Italy, although I can see why you put it there.
2) You forgot to include Ajaccio (in Corsica) in the France super-bonus.
3) The territory in Scotland called 'Highland' should be 'Highlands' or 'Scottish Highlands'.

okay, I've fixed them.

Perhaps Northern Corsica could be changed to Bastia and Central Sardinia to Oristano, naming them after the cities like you named territories next to them. Also, Kuwait is a little too big, it shouldn't take away all Iraqi coast...

Oh yea, you're right about Kuwait, I'll change that. I'll also change Sardinia and Corsica as you suggested. I'll do the same for Netherlands.

I noticed on the list of countries that you said you haven't done yet, you didn't include Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka isn't on the map. Do you plan to include Sri Lanka or not?
