Can someone please do the math and give an estimate on the profit of this thing? I am sure many are curious.

Also we would have to assume some things, anyone can help with good numbers here:

1. How times each coin have circulated? (How many times that coin has been won/lost.)
2. How big is the average purchase? (Important due to Bonus (free) coins)
3. How many coins are played in the average game? (10% goes to the house for each game)
4. How many coins will be withdrawn by players each season? (How much does WL have to pay out?)

Also a couple of rules from the ToS that are relevant,

28 B. Withdrawal of Funds
You may make up to two withdrawals per month from Your Account, as long as the amount to be withdrawn is at least $75 (USD).

C. Anti-money laundering
If coins are deposited and withdrawn without being played, an 18% processing fee will be deducted from the unplayed coins. To avoid this processing fee, you must play as many coins as you have received from the action of depositing plus bonus coins, at least once. WarLight, as its sole discretion, can waive this fee provided the funds have been deposited more than 180 days ago.

30 F. Warlight Transaction and Fees
Warlight receives an administrative fee for the creation of games, as well as for maintaining Your Account. Once You select the game in which You want to participate, the possible prize money displayed and the entry fee reflect the net earnings available to You after deduction of Warlight's administrative fees. Warlight receives a general processing fee of $2.00 (USD) for each withdrawal You make from Your Account, in addition to any additional bank processing fees related to transferring funds. Warlight receives a general processing fee of $4.25 (USD) for emptying a Player's Account below the 1000 coin level.

342,986 in winnings is shown on the leaderboard. It doesn't list players whose winnings were below 300 coins though I think.
Assuming all the winnings were from 1v1 games (which is incorrect) the rake would be around 38110 coins. Since the FFA has a higher rake, and some winnings aren't listed the true amount would be slightly higher.

I'm in no position to estimate profits or circulations or anything like that though.

1. How times each coin have circulated? (How many times that coin has been won/lost.)

Why does this matter for calculating the profit of the house? The coin game ladder shows (almost) the total amount of coins won. 10% of all spent coins are for the house. This 38110 from nich should be the upper bound for the profit of the house. If 100 coins are worth 1 dollar then at most 3810 dollar profit were made and probably much less due to free coins.

Am I missing something?

Both Yes, and no.

Warzone/ligth makes money when people buy coins, that are slowly "taken away" by the 10% cut. Thus any coin can be Won several times, meaning that the total Won coins is (significantly?) higher then the actual coins that are bought. (Unless some players buy, and don't use the coins)

This means that yes, it is important to estimate the number of times each coins have circulated in order to find out how many coins players have "on-hand". This is important to know as it is *theoreticaly* (we only know money WON) possible that Krzychu have anywere from 0 to 68,076 + prize money (15 000) after the first season. This mens that he might be able to whitdraw anywere from 150 - 830 dollars. Realistically speaking I would say anyone with less then 1 000 coins have lost all (or close to all) coins. And top 3 has a win rate of 70-80% (or Higher?). (So coins on hand is 70-80% of Won coins, assuming all coin games have the same stake.)

That being said, as there is no way for us to know for sure I guess keeping it simple might be equally good, if not a better, way to do it. So, " This 38110 from nich should be the upper bound for the profit of the house. If 100 coins are worth 1 dollar then at most 3810 dollar profit were made and probably much less due to free coins." (Norman^) might be as good estimate we are able to make, due to all the unknown factors. EDIT: Richard Sharpe, below, is of course correct.

Yes, yes you are. Decimal points.
38110 coins = $381, NOT $3810.

Also, since the values shown on the list are for winnings and ignore losses then we can determine that the 38110 value is the FLOOR of the house take and not the CEILING as you stated.

Krzychu have anywere from 0 to 68,076

68076 is not possible as there is no '34k game'

Assume i start with 100 coins (to simplify i don't include rake in calculations)

1. I play in "bet 100, win 200 game" - i won, i have 200 in my wallet and 200 'won coins'
2. i play in "bet 200, win 400 game" - i won, i have 400 in my wallet and 600 'won coins'

and so on.

All we can know from 68076 is that my maximum gain is ~50%(decreased by rake) of this figure (in case i won every game)

If it is bet 100, win 200 then the 'coins won' should really be 100. I would think the count of how much you actually GAINED is more applicable than the amount wagered AND gained.

Keep in mind that Warlight only has to pay out if someone withdraws. I'm sure that there are plenty of accounts with less than 7.5k coins that Warlight is never going to have to pay out. So the ACTUAL profit is probably quite a bit higher.

What is the current ladder showing? "Coins won" sounds like 100 but I have a feeling it is 200.

How about a quick thought...

Fizzer also gave out a LOT of coins to the winners, which no-one has bothered to factor in yet
