Okay so a long time ago I rigged a lottery game to see if stupid people would join, and after it happened I got a message from the system saying that I rigged that and they removed 10 of my levels. I emailed Fizzer asking for an appeal and he agreed that because I only rigged one game he changed it from 10 levels to 1 level reduced

Moral of the story, report any players who host rigged lottery games to fizzer through their profile

Actually you have to be in the game to report them. So if this doesn't take off you cant really punish him.
