I've been forced to admit that the Falcons are failing. Radical reforms are necessary for the clan's revival.
The first step is obvious: tackle the root of the problem. The consensus of the root of this problem: Colonel. My de facto rule was so harsh that the only person that could usurp me was myself upon my own initiative.
Therefore, I have decided to resign (nearly) all my titles in favour of Mr Cade. He is not a racist, homophobic bigot unlike myself and will be a trusted deputy for Thomas. The Royal Falcons are now free from me and my reputation and I hope that they will one day be returned to their former glory without me dragging them back.

Goodbye, Falcons. Trust in God.
