I have decided to expand my project in Illuminati beyond 40 players, to 80. Before I detail what I am looking for, here is a summary of Illuminati's mission and goals:


We are a clan that focuses almost exclusively on teaching, learning and competing in 1v1. To that end we have constructed a program in which players can join as either an elite, to assist in teaching and competing, or as a student, to learn and to compete and to eventually graduate. We are a friendly environment that hopes to contribute positively to WarZone's community.


I am looking for a full-time assistant manager. By full-time, I specifically mean that this person would be active daily, and would make this project theirs as well as mine. As a result, an alternate account would not be best, but can be negotiated. Past experience with leading and organizing clans is a useful skill, and would be considered in the application process. Other general requirements would be coherent English skills, adequate skill in 1v1 and adequate skill in teaching 1v1. A boot rate of above 10% would not be optimal. The assistant manager would need to be trustworthy, and able to do some tasks autonomously including, but not necessarily limited to: actively recruiting new elite and students; booting inactive players; maintaining a consistent, approachable personality on the forums; answering questions from both inside and outside the clan, and lastly but most importantly, contributing to the internal stability of the clan's environment.

Applicants should private message me if interested; there will be an interview process. The final decision will be made by myself, Red Army and Mama Bear, who assist me in an advisory capacity. This position probably is never going to pay anything, but if the clan does ever turn a profit, the earnings would be split fairly among the management. I am seeking someone with a professional mindset.

That's one of the reasons why I said "it's not likely to pay anything" ;)

Although, I suppose it might be possible if Fizzer gets a huge investment in money, and decides to sponsor a clan or two. But like I said: not likely to happen. xD

Forbidden Knowledge, surely it would be better for you to look for someone to do this from within your clan, who you already know well and can trust with such a thing?

If you want to get the job done right, sometimes it is. Holding a clan together requires an active person with the vision and the experience to make things happen. I am dedicated wholeheartedly to my work in Illuminati and the LEA, and I am looking for someone who can share my project with the same vigor.
