Abkhazia...is a disputed territory and partially recognised state

Artsakh Republic or Republic of Artsakh...is a republic in the South Caucasus

Somaliland...is a self-declared independent state

Autonomous regions would be like Altai, Chechnya or Dagestan.

In any case, lebanon can be removed from both lists, since the map is now public.

Should there be a map of Palestine? you can combine that "Country" it with Israel.
Approximately the half of all the countries on Earth recognize Palestine as a country (Especially Arabic countries). I think it would be better to merge it with Israel and make 2 huge bonusses (Israël and Palestine)
This way you can simulate the war that is going on between Israel and Palestine.

Better yet make a series of different, overlapping bonuses that represent the division beween Israel and Palestine over the last 70 years or so (in the same way as the Europe 1812 map has various bonuses for the different extents of all the empires).

All the current maps of Ireland are of the island of Ireland, not the sovereign state, so you should probably add that to the list.

I think that it also may be a good idea to entitle any map of an individual country "The World Project: (Country)." That way, the general warlight community will know of this initiative.

That's pretty brilliant. If someone makes this map, I hope they'll do this.

Great! Knocking it off!

All the countries begining with St. I have in my parishes map, and I can tell you with experience that they are too small to have a proper map made of them :D

We will still try. Even if they are 60 - 70 territory maps that do not follow any jurisdictions, it is worth it.

It can still be made if it is a 10 territory map with 2 bonuses- 60-70 would be extremely good/lucky for some of the smaller countries (especially if you want official government administrative regions or something).

Ten territories just doesn't seem to do a country justice to me, however. It has to have at least 40 territories, if you ask me.

Where would you guys find resources for territory borders in small maps? I know some people just invent borders and base territories on cities, but thats mainly for large maps. For maps of islands as small as the parish islands in the carribean, there aren't any official borders small enough for territories :D
