What if Eisenhower ordered a push to Berlin to attack it along with the Soviet army ?

Isn't that what happened? But Soviets got there first?

Eisenhower diverted American troops into southern Germany because of German propaganda saying that they had huge fortifications and well trained SS soldiers ready to cause hell

Oh, well I think it was some preapproved plan as well on how to hold Axis land (Yalta Conference, Tehran Conference come to mind).

Japan and South Korea to America, Austria and Germany separated, western countries under American influence, eastern under Russian influence, and so on.

So if a joint American-Soviet assault on Berlin happened what would be the results (hopefully both sides would have adequate interpreters)
