Just create a game yourself, with the same settings, bl players can't join games where you're the host.

Also while we're making suggestions, could all accounts that have been inactive for 400+ days be released to the public? I want more alts

I don't think, this would ever happens.
Here's why: If you blacklist majority of players and then join Autogame, you can block it for very long time, since noone else would be able to join you.

Besides, I don't see anything wrong with playing against people you've blacklisted. It's annoying if they are in the same team as you, but it doesn't matter in 1v1. Their messages are hidden anyway..
