On a serious note: Jews lived peacefully in Madinah during the rule of Islam. The only Jews that were killed were those who were defeated in battle after rising up against the Muslims and friendly Jewish tribes in violation of their peace treaty. The only other dealing that I know of between the Muslims and Jewish tribes in Arabia at the time of the Prophet was towards the end of his life when he send one of his companions to invite a tribe who lived in Nejd to Islam, which they duly accepted.
To throw something out there, the Jewish and Christian scriptures and books which were present in the Arabian peninsula at that time contained detailed descriptions of a Prophet who was to come shortly, and he was going to live in Madinah.
All the Prophets up to and including Jesus from the time of Israel had been from the Jews, so they believed that he would come from one of their tribes. They went to live in Madinah and chose that city specifically to settle in due to the prophecy and when they used to fight wars against hostile enemies they would pray to God to grant them success so that they could fulfil his prophecy and the Jewish Prophet they were waiting for could appear. They used to mention him by name.
Also, in the bible even what survives from the original today contains some mention of the coming of "the praiseworthy one" or "the one who is praised highly". This is a translation of "Muhammad".
