Not sure why maps are loading so slowly on three different laptops here, but when I log on with my only Windows 7 machine, everything is fine. Any ideas?

I think your Windows 7 is just faster than the laptops you tested on.

Do you have it set to store the maps on your 7 machine? That makes them load much more quickly after you open them the first time.

Now they're all back up to normal speed. Turns out the Win7 machine was also the only one using OpenDNS. Two of the three others had a filtering/accountability program. The third Win8 machine had never loaded a Warlight map before. Maybe that explains it all, though I'm not completely sure.

Warlight have been slower lately, at least for me, I run win 8.

Hmm. I am experiencing the same thing as well. It's up to 5 sec to load a page vs the normal less then 1. Simply refreshing sometimes loads the page as normal, if this is your 2nd attempt at reaching WL. The games loads as normal, only websites like forum etc. seems slow.

EDIT: Also Windows 8.

Windows 7 here. Most days, I only have slow loading speeds when I'm using Tor, and that's not Warlight's fault.

I use a Mac, and I rarely have maps take more than a few seconds to load. Weird.

I use win vista, WarLight hasn't slowed down, or sped up, with me.

Vista, seriously? That was the worst operating system that Microsoft ever made. XP is better than Vista, even when you take into account that Microsoft don't support it anymore.
