I am making a Big Australia Map!
I know you guys have been wanting one, so I have decided to undertake the task of creating a Bigger Australia map. This one should have between 600 and 700 territories.

Great! Along with a large Middle East map, I think this was sorely needed.

How are you going to name all of those territory's? Good luck on that!

It is looking good until now, I think that a big Australia map was needed.

I could help with naming a few...

I am basing most of my territories off of the counties of Australia, which all have names. My hardest challenge will be dividing NT, which only has 5 counties, and SA, which only has 45, all on the coast. If I need help, I will definitely contact you Thomas.

I guess in SA they are called Lands Administrative Divisions, but technically the same thing.

If you can find a map of the ranches, that'd be awesome fodder.
Sandringham Station is the biggest that I know of, but I am sure that there are many others.

Google Maps provide excellent ideas with National Parks and (dry salt) lakes and in Australia's interior.

If all else fails, intermittent rivers, roads, and rail lines can provide the boundaries, and the names that you need. :)

Compared to Google's standard, non-satellite maps, Bing.com/maps more accurately represents Australia's lakes as being dry salt lakes,
but I find that Google's maps are easier on the eyes.

Bing, however, does give place names in the desert without having to zoom in quite so much.
