Current [Blacklist] just to general.
I wish I can add some personal remark at other player's profile which can only be read/modify by myself

For example:

some players are backstabber so I don't want to ally with next time
some players are too poor skill so I don't want to team with next time
some players got high chance turn into AI
...etc

Already exists. Go to profile, under picture is "Private Notes"

There already is this option. When you are at their profile screen there is a button near the blacklist one labeled Private Notes. Does that fit exactly what you were looking for??

It would be nice if those notes pulled up on the quick/summary profile when you click a player's name in-game. I know you can click "Full Profile". Just a convenience.
