Ability to make and save notes on a player.
This would allow the user to make notes on another player's profile (only visible to the person who made the note).
Some benefits:
- you can notate players who have betrayed your truces
- notate players who have been vulgar
- notate a player's strategy

Yep. Just like poker.

For me, I just want to be able to mark who has betrayed me in any truce I made with them. That way I know not to go down that road with them.
