That's the amount of time you have before you become bootable.

been on menu-settings but still cannot find out what the small icons are when wanting to join game!some are self explanitary,but others[like the red gun symbol]are not.please help

The red gun means the kill rates are overridden: normally, an attacking army kills a defending army 60% of the time and a defending army kills an attacking army 70% of the time. These values can be altered. When that happens, a red gun-symbol is added to the game.

If you rest your cursor on one of the icons, it tells you in one sentence what it means

thanks for that,but when i run the cursor over the card icon,there are diplomacy/spy etc.where do i find out what they all mean?
