Anyone else having issues right now to open games?

Can't open any of my games right now, neither via FF (38.0.1), Chrome nor the App (android)

Yep, same for me.

i get the 'could not connect' error while trying to enter into some of my games. I can access the vast majority of them though

I've tryed to mail fizzer at the displayed mail, but i got a mail delivery failure message right in return. Weird stuff

So far, this hasn't happened to me today. I'm not even using fiber, only a secure network connection with 4/5 bars full.

I can access all of my games, but it generally takes 10-20 seconds for each one, and each action that requires loading anything.

Here's an actual call my brother received while working on the support line for Systemax:

(My brother) Hello. Systemax PC Support. This is _____. How can I help you?
(customer) I can't get to the main menu.

(My brother) Okay. What program are you using?
(customer) The main one. The first one.

(My brother) Hmm. Are you getting an error message?
(customer) No, I can't even see the menu. It's like it's not there. It's supposed to be at the bottom of the monitor.

(My brother) Oh, do you mean the Windows menu?
(customer) I don't know the main one.

(My brother) Okay. We'll figure it out. Did you computer start-up normally?
(customer) Well, I think so, but the monitor doesn't look right.

(My brother) What does it look like? What do you see?
(customer) Nothin! It's all black.

(My brother) Hmm, maybe the cable came loose that connects your monitor to your PC. Take a look. Is it firmly connected to your computer?
(customer) Let me check...

*bumping sounds and cursing*

(customer) I don't know. It's hard to see down there! So freakin' dark!

(My brother) Okay. Do you have a flash light?
(customer) Oh yeah. Give me a sec.

(customer) Okay. The monitor is connected to the computer real good.

(My brother) Great! Now, I'd like you to restart your computer.
(customer) Well, how? I still can't see anything.

(My brother) At this point just push the Reset button on the front of your PC. Your model has one right next to the Power button.
(customer) Nothin' happened.

(My brother) Okay, then just hold down your Power button for 10 seconds. It will shut off and then you can start it back up again.
(customer) Nothin' happened. I've held it down. I've pushed it several times.

(My brother) Is your computer running?
(customer) I don't hear anything.

(My brother) Is it plugged into the wall?
(customer) Oh sh*t! Let me get my flashlight again.

(customer) Yeah, it's plugged in fine. But it still won't power up. This thing is junk!

(My brother) Okay. You're still under warranty. We can get you a new one if it's broken. Let's see if the outlet is okay. Cay you find a lamp or something, and plug it into the same outlet that the computer is plugged into -just to make sure the outlet is working okay?
(customer) Yeah, I have a lamp. Just a sec...

(customer) Oh, yeah. The lamp doesn't work there either.

(My brother) Maybe it's one of those outlets where you need to have the light switch turned on. Is the light turned on?
(customer) You want me to the light on?

(My brother) Yeah. Just to make sure. Then try the lamp again.
(customer) That's not going to work! You are so stupid! I just want my stupid computer to work!

(My brother) Okay. Why won't the light switch work?
(customer) The electricity is out! I just want to use the computer until it's back on.
