A very good map. Although it is much more strategic if you start off of the islands, it is a very good map for an uncommonly mapped continent. I strongly recommend for the king to create another map for the whole continent of Africa, just as detailed, seeing that he has done such a good job with this one. The biggest problem with maps like this is the games take such a long time.

The idea of Sub-Saharan Africa was from the Africa map itself, http://warlight.net/SinglePlayer?PreviewMap=24395.

this one surprised me... have only played it a few times but so far i'd say its one of the better extra-large maps. well suited for team play as long as there aren't too many airlift cards. the generally large bonuses keeps early expansion restrained and the extreme island-hopping, which usually i'm not a fan of, really helps the balance here.

This map has 5 written all over it, but there a far too many broken connections. I apologize for not keeping track of them, but they need to be fixed before I can give a top rating.

The make is pretty good for practice against AI but the territories aren't spaced out and balanced correctly.

Truly amazing map, just missing a visual connection between Bolama Islands and Boa Vista Island.

An enjoyable large map for huge FFA's plus team games. Very high income battles and brutal victories/defeats. Would recommend to all!

Love the size but connections could be clearer for instance Dikhil, and Assab look like they should connect but do not.
