Once again, Nic does some excellent work. The central negative bonuses are large enough to deter early expansion into the middle of the map. Sadly, the AI, as always, loves the nega-bonuses and so renders itself worthless right away. My only preference would be to dial up the bonus values of the outer territories to make gameplay a little quicker, and to make taking control of the center a bit more realistic as an early- to mid-game strategic option.

Thank you for reviewing! I'll think about your idea, definitely. Just to let you know though, I left the outer bonuses low, so if you did have control over the center, you would have even more power (relatively.) One other thing is, the game is quite different playing with AI's/with real people. Try some multi player if you want! Hope you enjoyed the map!

The AIs do some dumb things, but it's still a good map. It would be complete total with humans, I think.
