Decent, its been made well, as always. However I don't really like the all white bonuses and there's to many large bonuses to be considered a good strategic map, if that's what you aimed for?
EDIT: I'm British, I don't have a clue about California :D. Using the counties is the best thing to do, I was just saying the 11 and 13 value bonuses isn't most people's cup of tea.
Thanks! The bonuses are actually the counties if you didn't know, so I took major cities and used those as territories. I also wanted to keep the territories roughly the same size so that's why I added more to the larger counties. Except for Inyo County, of course, with Death Valley national park taking up over 2/3rds of the space! :P
Edit: Also, I kept all the colors white because I like the consistency (for this map) but when you zoom in to normal size you can see that the bonuses are a little bit separated.

Great map. I've always wanted to put those smug Central Californians in their place, and now I can. Thanks NinjaNic. :-)
Now you can! :D

More good stuff, Nic. No Oakland Bay Bridge?

Lol, thought about it but I liked just the Golden Gate better. It leaves slightly harder expanding space if you started in that area. (Plus, it's the one that everyone knows about even if they don't live in CA.) Except you seem to be knowledgeable and your location isn't from CA... :P

As usual, you have made a very aesthetic and playable map.
