It would be good to put armies based on population, if the 6 armies bonus wasn't as easy to defend. It should be more balanced though.

It's alright for what it's worth. Not great, but not overly bad either. Also, as a sidenote (seeing as I am also from New Zealand), "Westland" as you called it is actually the West Coast. Any Kiwi would know this, especially if you live in the South Island like I do.

im not from the south island, and i was working of several images, which called it "westland" also, there's a bonus named 'westCoast' so it could get confusing.

im from new zealand, so i was trying to match the bonuses with the size of cities in the area. eg, auckland is NZ's biggest city and contains more than half of it's total population.
