Description

In this map, I began to expirment with beziers and found that they were much easier to deal with. Also, I learned what a medium sized map entails, and probaby can infer about how long it will take me to make a large sized map. In this map, I also leaned how to attach images to make the map more personalized and not "just another map".

My second map overall.
My second map in the "Fertile Crescent Series."
My second contribution to "The World Project".

Map Versioning log:

1.0: Map Crated
1.1: Fixed Missing/extra connections, Added distributions.
1.2: Complete Megabonus Overhaul. Artistic Elements Added.

Sir thank you for providing quality on Warlight!

Although there are many problematic issues with this. If we look at strategy , this map is a mishap! The western and southwestern parts of the map hugely outbalances the east. Although administratively correct but not suitable for casual gameplay or strategic factors.

The tiny superbonusses in the west at the beginning gives you already quickly too much advance contrastingly you struggle too long with the bigger superbonusses in low density areas which takes you more territories and turns in order to complete. This is a really big frustation for most of the players here.

You could do me a favor by splitting the massively superbonusses (30 territories) in smaller parts divided by directions. (Northern- , Southern- , Western- , Eastern- ) I think this idea would help you out.

Also, there's a missing connection between "Burj Islam" and "Miland" around the Lebanon border in the east.

I appreciate you taking time to read this.

Thank you. I am a rookie mapmaker, and these constructive comments help me greatly. When I get a moment, I will create a better bonus balance. This is 1.0, so that will come when I update the map.

It's a fine map. I like the use of different tiers of bonuses, but the superbonus ratios are somewhat imbalanced. They range from 1:4 to 1:2.5. Equalizing these ratios would help balance gameplay.

I liked this map so far and appreciate the work behind. There's a connection missing though, between Dayr Atiyah and Mhassa.

Oh, I understand now why you like the immigrants and terrorists so much. Why don't you make a map of Germany 2050 with cities named with syrian names?

Thanks for the idea.

Okay map, decent layout and bonus distribution, but there where several connections that did not make sense, for example the connection between Arima, and South Jarabulus, when there is no physical connection on the map. It needs those connections fixed, but is great otherwise.

a good designed map.
the starting position can predetermine the game, but I think, this is realistic.
