First off - this reminds me very much of the two Drakemor's World maps - https://www.warlight.net/Map/6222-Drakemors-World-Big and https://www.warlight.net/Map/745-Drakemors-World .
Unfortunately, this map is less playable for three main reasons.
First, the bonuses are too low to allow the accumulation of armies sufficient to permit any decent offensives. My games were lasting forever until I boosted the bonuses to 2, 4 and 6 on each of the castles, forces and lands, respectively.
Since bonuses can be altered, that doesn't ultimately tank the map. Unfortunately, (reason #2) the number of territories in each kingdom's "Lands" bonus varies greatly: from 9 (Purple and Green Lands) to 15 (Red Lands). This is greatly unfair.
Finally, the Orange Lands are the only discontinuous land bonus, meaning it is far more difficult to capture than the others. This could be fixed with a connection between Orange6 and Orange10.

When I played this map I found myself thinking more of the castles maps then anything, but here's a few things I think could be improved. The bonuses for the colored 'lands' are unbalanced by having a different amount of territories in them. White 4, Red 2 and 5 could go and the Purple, Light blue, blue and green lands could all get some territories split to make each 'land' bonus be 13 territories large.
Likewise the purple and white 'forces' could be changed to 6 territories large like the rest. Purple gaining a space and White losing one.

Very nice arrangement of bonuses, nice drawing with ships and pirate areas. AIs did not play this very smartly.
