The map is fun and well named. If you do not like the bonuses simply adjust them. As with many maps your initial position and those of your oponents is vital.
P.S. Ironheart it is a review do with it what you will. I appreciate people being willing to spend the time to make large detailed maps. More people seem to agree with you than me anyway so you probably win.

I love this map. I can't think of much wrong with it. It's a near-perfect large map, with tons of territories, chokepoints and bonuses. I've found that in larger maps, about a third of the way in a game, enemy AIs tend to bunch up their armies into a few territories, and it's one of the things I enjoy about big maps, and it happens here a lot. My only complaints are small misspellings, such as "6th Octuber" rather than "6th October" and forgetting to capitalize "Irkutsk" and slightly unfair bonuses, such as Russia, which gives you a lot more armies per territory than a lot of other bonuses, but you can modify it if you like, therefore it's not major enough to make me lower my rating. In fact, it makes for good competition over that territory due to its value. This is a fun, challenging map, and I recommend it for anyone who doesn't mind a long game.

the bonus values are a bit unfair japan is worth 7 for 8 territories while libya is 6 for 13.Do not play this map with auto distribution it is very unfair and the superbonuses are unfair and are much better starts than non superbonus regions also madrid is 4 income change it to 1.But the map does look very good despite it's unfairless and unbalance especially the advantage in superbonuses.

The Detail is really amazing. I do think Africa is overpowered and that there should be more sea lanes but all in all it is a great map!

This map would be great be there is a bonus worth 4 income on a single territory, Madrid, which makes the game totally unbalanced in favor of the person who has this territory when the game starts...

incredibly unbalanced. some areas (for example Indochina) are poorly made and look very sloppy. recent maps have obviously reached a higher standard. So there are already much better alternatives. 4 years ago this might have been an awesome map, now it is desperately overrated and somehow outdated.

some problems with the bonuses...madrid is worth 4 armies itself... wtf?
some bonuses are bad too, like the megabonuses for africa and asia are too much, consider removing the megabonuses.
Other small bonuses are messed up too, especially in europe and africa. For example, Germany is worth 4 armies and it has 6 territories, while south sudan, which has 8 territories, is worth 4 armies too. they both are situated in the middle of their continents, so i don't understand the difference.
America is worth too much, and if i were you, i would take away the tiny 1 bonuses for the cities or territories, makes the map look too complicated.
Otherwise, its a very realistic and good map. 3/5!

It's nice that this map is big and realistic, but despite that, it's not a nice map to play in. It's unbalanced. Many bonuses are too big and not worth enough, while others are rather small and worth too much. Some bonuses, for example, Scaninavian Peninsula and Argentina, are very strange. Argentina has more territories and more territories conecting to it, and yet they are worth the same. This all gets me the feeling that the values of bonuses are completely random. That's a pity, because it intention of being a good map to play in. Bu unfortunately, it isn't.

Interesting map, but w/ inaccuracies and nonsensical bonuses. What's labeled "North African Coast" is certainly NOT North Africa (it's Equatorial or West Africa). Why is Madrid alone worth 1 and Spain/Portugal 5 and Norway 4, when the UK (which is not even labeled as such) and Germany are also only 4? Egypt 4 but Nigeria 3? LOL

Ok, so here's the deal, some guy was taking a very long time to play, asking us to wait "just a few seconds!" About 3 minutes later, I decided it was time to boot him, for which I have been blacklisted by most of the players in the game. Blacklist jebemto, he's a bad loser, and a hacker.
Also, there is a bad link in the Middle East: Hormozgan is supposed to link to United Arab Emirates, but instead it links to Norther Oman.
