Description

The Sierpinski triangle (also with the original orthography Sierpiński), also called the Sierpinski gasket or the Sierpinski Sieve, is a fractal and attractive fixed set named after the Polish mathematician Wacław Sierpiński who described it in 1915.

Originally constructed as a curve, this is one of the basic examples of self-similar sets, i.e. it is a mathematically generated pattern that can be reproducible at any magnification or reduction.

Fun Map.

Some Neat Settings are Multi-Attack with Straight Round/0 Luck.

Consider changing 27 bonuses to 9 to help keep it fair. Clinching a large triangle on default is clinching the game.

An interesting map, but can be quite repetitive- once you get hold of one bonus zone, it becomes increasingly easy to simply steamroller the map, as there are no backdoors or means of escape or refuge.

Nice idea, but I agree with some of the above observations: it's mechanical and ultimately somehow boring: rush to the corners of your 27 and occupy the others. It's slow to move acrosss, and once you have secured a triangle... well, it's secured and there are only 2 ways in.

Perhaps complicating the topology by linking 2-connected triangles (i.e. the corners) would : a) reestablish a symmetry (all triangles have 3 neighbours) which is the beauty of the map, makng it a bit more exciting. 4 stars without doubt because it's flawlees. Not 5 because it's a bit boring, at least in SP! Very good job anyhow!

It's an interesting map. The big triangular bonus boxes are kind of confusing because they look kind of like they're connecting some territories together. It was a fun map, though. There was always another triangle to look forward to.

A map where strategy matters as much as starting position. Also a fractal.
