Interesting and elegant concept. Note to players - don't let your mind be fooled by the apparent shape of the territories - you can only move to actually adjacent territories.
One note - broken connection between 108 and 111.

decent bonuses and layout, though typically I'd personally reserve the "Large" for a map with at least 100 territories, but I get what you are saying.
