All this stuff, it doesn't matter. It happened, we can't change that, and likely as not, it will happen again. You could say education, understanding, more strict laws on racism, something about religion, atheism, science, more money for poor people, etc., is the answer, but it's not. A power great enough to stop genocide would fall to corruption. And frankly, nothing can stop corruption. People will always be corrupt, have always been corrupt. Hell, even the Union couldn't beat the confederacy without committing what was basically war crimes in Georgia!.

I never understood the point of blacklisting somebody because of how they act on the forums. Blacklisting doesn't stop you from seeing their forum posts or anything.
