Well, I am sure that Arun's problem was not exactly the 'high' price (do you think he hasn't 15$?...) but the membership value.
I think, Fizzer changed the Warlight monetary system in a very bad way. I mean the introduction of the advertisements was a very good idea, but earlier was only the membership model, and the change method and the communication was not very good. Therefore many members feel now that their 30$ 'lost'.
It would be better for example, if the members got back their 30$ virtually, what they will be able to spend later for new paid services like Clan creation or Removing Adds, More vacation, Level boost, etc. features. In this case (if they can choose how they want to spend that 30$ between the different features) I am sure that most of the members won't have any problem with this new monetary model.
Agreed Chris. With a simple (and free) website I can have almost all the features offered.
[Edit] sorry Ekstone I think we posted at a similar time so I didn't see your post. You have it spot on in my opinion - I don't mind keeping the membership (and not getting back 30 bucks) but I think that Members should have the option to make a clan for free. If Fizzer can't do that, then give a free clan to the established clans (x months old or something).
Read again Arun, I didn't write that anybody will get back his 30$ :P I wrote only the members can choose for example they remove the adds or create a clan!
