For those of you who don't know, some stupid rich kid named Ethan Couch drove drunk in 2013, getting in a crash that killed four.
When he was brought to juvenile court, his parents used the fake medical condition "affluenza" as a way to get him out of going to juvie, and maybe jail. He was placed on probation for his actions.
He, and his mother, have vanished, possibly to escape probation.
