I think Heyheuhei is pretty far in the membership tournaments; does he now surrender out of them?

In my tournament, I would expect him to bow out. Luckily he's in the lower bracket and not quite in the championship game.

Maybe he can gift his membership off? or the runner up can join should he win. Likely the host should get to decide on what to do.

Or you could just award it to the runner up.

I think I'm ready to continue this wonderful gamble for BP. I'm in a rut with 1v1 and what better place to redeem myself.

Well, if any of those guys wants to post here I'd be happy to set up a series. We'll give them a bit of time but if there is anyone else out there thats wants to do the same challenge as BP's i'm all for it.

Surrendering sucks, but I think it would probably be best for Heyheuhei to surrender in those tournies. Otherwise, he may knock out the 2nd best player (assuming for this case that he is the best) on the way to the finals (assuming the best-case scenario that he gets that far).

Hey, don't forget about me, I'm on the list, too. But I'll wait at least until I'm out of membership tourney.

It looks like I'm going to continue to be be swamped the next couple of days and will have limited time this weekend, but otherwise, I am ready to take over the list. If any of the listed contenders post interest in being ready to go and Ruthless wants to be the first to take over the list, I no problem with it. Although, the contenders might. ;)

I look forward to seeing this guy on the ladder, IMO the third best 1v1 player, behind the imp and fizz, fairly arbitrary rating though.

I see no reason why we can't have concurrent contests if the hosts are willing.

Nuckluck - Fizz is #2 huh? He's certainly a top player, but I think Fizz belongs among a group of comparably ranked 1x1 players rather than singled out as top 2. There are at least a half dozen very strong 1x1 players on par with Fizz (I think I'm among them). Not sure that's true with Imp who I've seen run the table more than once with the top group.

Actually thats a good point Duke. In retrospect I'd put the impaller on a level of his own, with you and fizzer leading the rest of the pack as the two players who seem to be the most consistant.

I'd like to add that as far as players that I'm truly scared of the three that come to mind are imp, heyheuhei, and bostenfred.

I would certainly be happy with giving the prize to the runner up in the membership tourney. :)

But in all seriousness, I did have to beat him to get to where I am, and would prefer if others had to as well.
