Every season using different templates might not be the best idea but i think after 2 seasons a template has to take the bench for at least 1 season. This will still give variety in the templates that are actually being played but won't change the league fully each season since templates that are very well known won't change the standings much at all.

what would be really interesting is if we have 5 standard temps for 1v1, 2 for 2v2 and 1 for 3v3 and then every season the winner of each division gets decides on a 1v1,2v2,3v3 temp. It would make the clan league very interesting if each division had a slight difference. Failure for the winners of the division to decide on a temp means the same temp as the previous season gets used.

Any thoughts on this Chris, warlight community? I think its a pretty cool idea

5 standard templates for 1v1 seems a bit much. imo, the standards should be set only by the people who vote for them. If the standards are locked in, then that removes part of the voting aspect.

I think it could be good to change almost half of the templates each seasons. It could be not so good to change everything because of some difficulty to find very strategic templates.

For the rest, I agree with strategos and I think we spend some season without major changes, so we could change almost every settings this one.

For the league France, we change the settings every seasons, and it's really good to promote many settings, to test them, and the most important, to test us on the widest possible panel. For the CL, we have just to avoid to hold back a not so strategic settings.

I made a proposal with each map appearing 1 time max, so almost all settings change in.
