I'm saying that I want to restrict the power of the police. Some mentally deficient blokes started crying about how if we restricted the police criminals would be able to attack us more and I argued against that separately.

What already exists is that police can do anything they want and they can be guilt free as long as they say they thought it was the law. That is a completely awful thing that must be overturned.

Furthermore, we should take all of the police's tanks and armored personnel carriers away, and take all of their advanced riot control gear away (you don't need a effing sound cannon to control a damn riot).

The truth is, American police have few limits on what they can do, and we can only know this and hope that they won't abuse their power. I mean, American police divisions, some have tanks...it's cool, but it's also just bad. Police brutality and corruption is definitely a thing in America and most other countries.

The major killings and massacres in the purge come from government hired killers (practically police and soldiers) who go around killing folk because rich supremacism f yeah. And if you've actually been paying attention to what I've been saying, you would have heard about three times that I am not for the abolishment of the police.

Also, "thought-police"? the police have never suppressed any of my ideas, and I have ideas of street racing (from video games) and fireworks and aliens. also the definition of police is "the civil force of a national or local government, responsible for the prevention and detection of crime and the maintenance of public order." It is their job to prevent crime, and besides, there are a lot of people in the US anyway (3rd most populated country), it makes sense that any number here would be higher then most places around, like Britain or France, just because there are more people here in general.
