I don't know if we're reading the same news, because the big story today is that the FBI does not recommend criminal charges against Clinton.

In Comey's words: "our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.

The FBI doesn't think you can build a good case against her.

Admittedly, Crooked Hillary has an almost impenetrable defense. She has licked Obama's ass so much that he will order the FBI to not press the issue. Bill will go to people related to the investigation to "incidentally" "exchange pleasantries". And if all else fails, she has the Woman Card.
