If you are hypothesizing i can give u general info to base your hypothesis on for those regions then becasue even though there is little info on civilizations; there is still milestones achieved in those regions which could impact your creation of bonuses

it is good but u need to add balance if u split a bonus in half u shouldn't make the previous bonus number still there just add maybe 3

the empire bonus is nice but u might need to make them not so strong
