I'd probably make it possible for you to select which topics you don't want to see, remember those options and then hide the chosen subjects.

FYI, the subjects that scored greater than 50% for not being wanted currently are:

• Cats/Feline - 70.97% (22/31)
  
• Spam - 67.74% (21/31)
  
• Threads by certain individuals - 64.52% (20/31)
  
• 'Peafowlism' - 64.52% (20/31)
  
• Autism - 58.06% (18/31)
  
• Fake news - 54.84% (17/31)
  
• Rationality - 51.61% (16/31)
  
• Racism - 51.61% (16/31)

At moment this is the only thread worth seeing in Off-topic. Although it seems cancer has spread here past the OP fast enough. I never check off-topic for a year now. Only when I see something pop on dashboard forum list or under "see all". I would like to see off-topic removed at least in these standards as it is now.
