That's your mistake, not mine :) Check it - France has cosmoport in its colony in South America, which serves also for whole eropean space organization.

On Europe map, it should be "Nizhny Novgorod", not "Niznhy". Also "Yaroslavl", not "Yaroslawl".

I'd love to test your maps, I really like your more accurate setup of the Solar System.

And I noticed that you have Canada spelled "Kanada" in the Solar System map bonus.

I like the look and feel of your Solar system map. Some nitpicking: dividing the asteroid belt into "southern" & "northern" parts doesn't seem right to me. Cardinal directions in space aren't applicable like that AFAIK (as I understand it, you definitely can't designate a "south" or "north" to the asteroid belt as a vast majority of the actual objects would be gathered around the equator of the celestial sphere). Also, it just sounds weird...
The moons of Mars are called "Phobos" & "Deimos" (instead of "Daimos") and it's "Ganymede" (instead of "Ganimedes") in English.
I don't know how much you want to go into detail but the actual Russian spaceport Baikonur is a bit more to the south (around 45° N, whereas it seems to be around 70° N on your map).

How about adding a Dyson sphere bonus close to (around) the Sun? Or some isotope collectors on the surfaces of the gas giants? Because IMO a few more territories/bonuses could benefit the map.

PS: I'd definitely want to be in for a testing game! ;)
PPS: As a citizen of Europe, I must strongly object to the fact that the EU has no connection to it's own spaceport! :P

I was sitting there, thinking of it and couldn't find the right words! From the first moment I knew i would change the "southern" and "northern" at the moment I find better words :) Any suggestions?
Misspelled names will be corrected.
As I was doing Europe map I've learned that Russiand are planning on making Plesetsk their main cosmodrome, close to Arkhangelsk, and I've drawn that one :)
I'm european too. But 1) there are obviously many lines that shows connections and I did not want to have more 2) Europe (France especially) has remainings of colonies in almost every continent. So if we decide that it is one with its colonies, it should touch almost everything :)
And I'm definitely drawing more territories. I just have to make it realistic. I have already one idea, thanks for the next.

On your Europe map, the Republic of Ireland should definitely be included in the Catholic bonus.

On the Solar System one, one of the Mercury territories is spelt incorrectly: "Merkury"
"Kanada" should be "Canada."
"Comunication Satellites" should be "Communication Satellites."
There are two territories named Europa.

The European Space Port is in Latin America? Why is that?

Btw, the map looks very nice but I also agree it could do with a few more territories.
Well done! :D

Thanks for showing me my spelling mistakes, I'll correct them as soon as I'll finish the testing games that are going on.
European space port is already explained.
There are one territory called Europe and one called Europa. Europa is correct name for one of the moons.

Well it could be something fairly straightforward like maybe "Main belt sector one/two".
Btw you could also add another - bigger - asteroid bonus, representing the Kuiper belt beyond the orbit of Neptune. You would probably have to increase the map size, but then you'd have the chance to portray the outer solar system in a bit more detail. You could also add the Trojans of Jupiter.

Bacause it's GDP-based bonus, not howmuchterritoriesithas-based bonus. It's stressed in the message on the map.
