Ok, so I have yet to defeat this level.

To date, each time I have played this problem the Boss came straight north into my territory and generally kicked my keister.

Check Lepanto's thread where he released these levels. He breaks it down a bit.

It's supposed to be pretty hard. You also basically have to get a real grasp on the map behind the fog, kind of like you need to to get gold stars on the defaults.

Play the map Multi-Player & Single-Player then, to gain familiarity.

I'll have a look at Lepanto's thread.

I've gotten to the point where I am not getting demolished as quickly, which is progress although not the sort of thing to cause joy.

Both levels share a similar winning strategy, but my level is quite a lot harder!

Focus on expanding, and avoid the enemy boss. Focus on taking down the enemy's income and once you are ready attack the boss and take down all his clones!
