Hi. I wish to create this map and play it with my friends. Does it unlock only to paid subscribers, or does it unlock when I reach a level? because I have seen people start it on lvl 1 and I am 35 now and I really would like to create a game with this map...

you have to unlock it by getting to a certain level (unless your account is grandfathered) i believe you can see it from the maps page
