Hey everyone!

I just have a quick Q. If you're playing a 1 v 1 match with someone, and they need to be booted, does that count as a "win" for you? I ask not for vanity's sake, but because I just finished playing a game with someone who will not officially Surrender. I don't know if maybe the player just doesn't know how? Or if he's being stubborn? I'm not sure; anyways, it's way past the boot time, he said to "remove him" from the game, and I was just curious on what to do.

If you boot someone in a 1on1 it's your win their loss. Refusing to take your turn doesn't give you an escape from taking a loss when there is a boot time (which there should be).
