I won't get mad at someone for trying to tilt the game in their favor as I won't allow it to happen... I will however lose all respect for one who does attempt it.

As I said above, your reputation was damaged by your own actions, not by the truthful accusations from another player.

I'd argue it's a game creator's responsibility to include an accurate, preferably concise, game description...

Correction, you can't *report* a player for creating a game with "unexpected" settings (and not mentioning them in the description), since they're not breaking any rules. However, that's *exactly* what the blacklist is for: protecting you from players which you don't like for any reason whatsoever.
If you piss someone off in real life, do you also tell them "by my standards, you have no valid reason to be angry with me"? Or would you try to see it from their point of view and apologise anyway?

I agree whit posedion, you didn`t do anything wrog, BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN YOUR OPPEMENTS A HINT OF THE CHANGE:)

i also agree with rvw and richard using the settings to deceive people mean you can't win on fair terms
