Hi guys, i just bought my membership yesterday, and now I will be able to put some of my tournament ideas out there.

The 1st one that I will bring to you is the idea of Live Tournaments at in sundays and saturdays.

There will be 2 tournaments, one at saturday with the template changing each week, called "Live Saturday Tournament". (i also thought about calling it "Warlight Saturday Live")

The other will be sunday, with the strategic 1v1 settings, called "1v1 Strategic Sunday".

Initially will be opened a tournament for 32 players, if the quota is not reach in 20 minutes i will create another with 16 players, and if the quota is not reach in other 20 minutes i will change to 8 players. If less than 8 will play will be a round robin tournament.

So, I want the help of all of you to determine the best time to the tournament take place.

and i hope to start this saturday and sunday the first 2.

Live tournaments? Do you mean that all games will be played real-time? I don't see that happening fast, since in a round-robin tournament one player will have to play three at a time, all real-time, which would be impossible.

avarage 20 minutes each game, in 2 to 3 hours should finish, less than a slow ffa game or 3v3 in some cases.

round robin would be 1 game at a time obviusly.

I am looking for people that have the time to spare, all the other games people commit for a period during a day.

It will not let you lower boot times below 4 hours.

if you announce the time it will take place, i will be there.

however, you cant reduce the boot time below a number of hours for tournaments, so it would be better if you a) create individual games manually or b) sign up trustworthy players beforehand so that they know they have to play real-time

though with a) you might not be able to compete.

moros, i could play 3 games at a time, and probably wouldnt do that much worse than if i played them seperately. i think a round robin would progress a lot faster and be at less risk of getting stuck than one with rounds, because in that case you are waiting on the next player. although, it would take longer on average for each player, since half of them wont go out after one game.

i have 2 options, try to make in a time for the hole world to play, asia/night, europe/afternoon and americas/morning or try to have a good time for america.

most players are in europe or america. so you should probably do it at a time where people from LA to Moscow could most likely play.
