hi guys, im trying to download inkscape to make maps but whenever it downloads on my laptop (mac book pro) when i click open it asks (program from unmodified creator) i click to still open and then it does nothing and just closes the app. pls help

that's a security thing due to being from unknown developer.

hold down the alt key while trying to open it and it'll give you a pop up box where you can select to open it anyways.

hate that "unknown origin feature" idiocy, they're just trying to make all developers digital sign their apps so they can close the system down to authorized developers only within the next couple years.
