there are some players who have never payed ladder but play a lot of 1 vs 1 strat in open games with 85% or 90% win dMN I WOUld really like to see how they perform in ladder

not necessarily very good, considering ladder (atleast top 50) has harder enemies than auto game. though some could do good i guess

I doubt they'd do very good. I made an account that only played autogames, I won 31 games before losing one, and the one I lost was because I let a skype chat choose my picks for me, and told them I wanted to see if I could win with lousy picks. Turned out I couldn't.

I'm 80% win rate in 1300 1v1 games (though not all auto game, likely 70%), mediocre at best in the ladder (1720 peak rating)

Highest autogame % opponent I can recall is Lovin' Baby Cakes, and I've never lost to him despite his 94% 1v1.

It's hard to say because often even mediocre players that get a lucky streak can get a really high rating without playing good
