The map "India and China" which is used in the single player game "the yeti" is broken as Anhui is adjacent to Zhejiang but cannot attack each other.

It isn’t broken. As this is also used in other maps. For example, Gentlemen’s Huge World where one of the Chinese zones are next to a zone, but not connected.
