The first map should never have been published, and the last one still has many flaws. I've seen people with a first map ever much better than yours.

That's what I did skunk. I said the last one (meaning Earth 1914) still has many flaws. Read my post before posting stupid comments please.

1. The role play bonuses are not sorted in any way, and not even aligned correctly. Very confusing. The arrow doesn't help.
2. The bulbs are way too big and of unequal size/shape.
3. THE BORDERS OVERLAP
4. The bonuslinks are too big.
5. It's confusing that Greenland is part of Denmark. I know it's politically correct, but all other maps have it as a separate territory.
6. I don't see how it's in any way historically accurate, expect for the borders. Luxembourg is equal to Russia?
7. Sian should be called Siam.
8. Austriahungary should be called Austria-Hungary.
9. Luxembourg is bigger than Belgium.
10. Cameroun shoud be called Kamerun.
11. Eritrea became independent in 1991. Hours of research?
12. Falkland Islands are just as British as Greenland is Danish, so to be consistent it should be merged with Britain.
13. Britain should be called United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. Again, hours of research?
14. Dutch Guiana should be called Suriname.
15. Soloman Islands should be called Solomon Islands.
16. Hawaii should not be part of North Atlantic Ocean. It's in the Pacific. Same for Alaska.
17. Paraguay and Bolivia should not be part of South Atlantic Coastline. They don't have any coastline.
18. Why is there a North Atlantic Ocean as a bonus, and South Atlantic Coastline below it? Call them both North/South Atlantic Ocean/Coastline to be more consistent.
19. Western Southern America should be called Western South America.
20. Trinidad is a Central American Island. So why isn't it part of the bonus?
21. Balklands should be called Balkan. Once again, hours of research? I doubt it.
22. Middal East should be called Middle East.
23. Somalia (the bonus) should be called Horn of Africa. More accurate.
24. Western and Northern South America, but North, West and South Africa? Inconsistent.
25. Dutch East Indies are not in or bordering the Philippine Sea.
26. Lots of islands in the Bismarck Sea bonus are not in or bordering that sea.

It has no flaws.
Please skunk you are not blind to the flaws so stop the self deny.
Flaws
1. Aesthetically appalling why:
a Large bulbs(i recommend 16 by 16 for anysize same size as fizzer recommended bonus boxs which bring me to next point
b.Large bonuslinks, why are they so large fizzer recommends 16 by 16 for normal ones and even superbonus boxes are not that large.
c.No clear borders, you can either try tricks in inkscape or do it manually
d.holes in borders;the only holes in borders should be lakes or other natural hole that should exist.
2.Too much missing connections but(i will give you a break on that)

now lets compare it to a map of similar size and someones first map.
Exhibit A
http://warlight.net/Map?ID=5420
Exhibit B
http://warlight.net/Map?ID=7685

You two could get that good if you put more effort and changed the flwas.
P.S this is not meant to attack your mapmaking skills or you,no offence intended
P.S.S
Now here is a yo mama joke inspired by your bonuslinks:yo mama are so large they make skunks940s bonuslinks look like ants(not aimed at anyone).

I think some of you lot are scared to try new map types. Bigger bonuses are not wrong there just new.

We're not talking about the bonuses, but about the links! You know, those cute little boxes with shiny colours and numbers in them?

Okay, if you now don't respond to all statements in this post, you have lost all of my respect and I'll rate all your maps 1 and blacklist you.

Shame on you Moros. I'm not objecting to you rating his maps one star (if that is your honest opinion of their quality, which it very well might be), but I do have an issue with any statement of the form "do what I want or else".

It’s a players responsibility to notify the map creator if they find a error in a map. If not nothing will ever get fixed on anything. Its simple logic you know.

What are your though about this reasoning: "It's the police's responsibility to notify drivers if they find any errors with their driving. If not, nobody will ever become a better driver. It's simple logic you know." The way I see it, it's a map maker's responsibility to have very few actual errors in their maps when they get published.

Very many maps are based on the (rather messy) real world. Sometimes you need to sacrifice accuracy for playability or convention (Greenland part of Denmark / Falklands part of United Kingdom) or practical considerations (Luxembourg being the same size as Belgium and the Netherlands). I think everyone here understands that these are not actually errors, but merely suggestions for improvement and there's a point to be made for keeping them as-is. But some things mentioned are actually, with no room for debate, wrong (such as spelling mistakes or (some kinds of) missing connections).

If you publish a map (with a few minor mistakes, we're all human) then I think it's fair to expect people to use the "Map Feedback" button to let you know about those mistakes instead of yelling at you in the forum. But if they say nothing at all (maybe because they missed it; after all, you missed it as well!), you can't blame them for that.

Also, I think someone needs to explain something important to you. If you get no feedback at all, that can mean two things: the map is flawless..., or it's such a hopeless mess, nobody wants to bother giving feedback, because they don't know where to start. Since I doubt any map will be absolutely perfect the first time it gets published, receiving no feedback at all is a very bad sign. (You never explicitly stated not having received feedback. But since you make such a huge point of having to get notified and the remaining errors in your maps, I think you're implying not having received feedback.)

One thing that you understand is that no one starts great. You learn as you go along.

One of the (most important?) ways to learn and get better is to listen to feedback. You don't appear very willing to do that.

Yes, feedback can occasionally be wrong and "just because everyone says so" does not always mean "they are right". But if so many people give a particular piece of feedback, such as overlapping borders, the very least you should do is explain why you refuse to make that chance. That way you can at least have a discussion about it; by simply ignoring it you make that impossible.

Regarding the map "Republic of Macedonia", is that really Incaman's very first map? Wow...!!

No you don't, because you haven't fixed or even replied to my list of the 26 most obvious problems of your latest map.
