Did anyone else get this pop-up recently informing them about Warzone's rules?

I'm not complaining, since they seem like a reasonable set of rules. I'm just curious as to what trigged these rules appearing as a pop-up as I was creating an open game since this has never happened before.

Yes. This happened with the 5.10 update because the rules for multi-accounting were updated to reflect clan wars. Everyone got the new pop-up the next time they opened a fresh chat session or created an open game. See https://www.warzone.com/Forum/534846 for the original discussion on this.
