So in this game I currently own 2 bonuses and a local deploy game and the bonuses are 2 armies less than the map and settings show that they should be. I also have lost my base 'anywhere' armies. I do not see a army cap in the settings and am confused at how this is happening.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Did someone play a sanctions card on you? Check Menu -> Cards -> View Active

Is this also possible to happen with army-cap?

i have just taken a look at this with a game against myself where i had Local Deployment on and a army cap and you can just place less in every bonus then the max is and a amount everywhere.

i know the screenshots look totally different but i think the game name and turn as well as position on map will be clear enough to say that it is the same game.


Just going for a bit more specific research going to attack 5 territories with 1 account and 6 territories with the other account just to see the game will split armies around since 5 armies is base income (note that luck is 0% SR so i always lose 1 army).

after watching that i think it takes out where you can put the spot you can place the most will be filled 1st so in case of purple if i would only have taken 2 territories then i could place 1 army anywhere and 1 army needed to be deployed inside of Australia.
