my map got rejected twice for cramming army numbers in territories that dont fit, and for not indicating where the two heads connect. i think i already satisfy these requirements, but obviously i dont. can someone point out where im failing these requirements?

Might wanna check the eyes

The eyes' bonus is tied to a non-contiguous territory accidentally.

Also there are no visible connections (lines) between the circle territories and the other circles/face while there is a connection, which makes this map very confusing and I think it is also a requirement.
